Energy Assistance Program – LIHEAP
The Upper East Tennessee Human Development Agency will be giving out applications for energy assistance beginning July 3, 2017. You can pick up an application at The Neighborhood Service Center, 109 Gay Street Erwin, TN.
If you need help completing your application, staff will be available at Clinchfield Senior Center, 220 Union Street, Erwin TN on July 18, from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
