The Water Quality Specialist leads the department’s compliance programs, including industrial pretreatment, cross-connection control, and fats, oils, and grease (FOG) management. This position is responsible for managing standardized regulatory reporting to TDEC and the EPA, conducting facility inspections, managing hazardous chemical tracking, and investigating customer water quality concerns.
