Other Important Billing Information
Meters are read for billing in approximately thirty (30) day cycles, and bills are rendered within five (5) days following the reading.
Bills are due and payable upon receipt. Failure to receive a bill does not excuse customer from payment.
Each route has a specific due date that is determined by the service location and does not change. Please log in to your EUConnect account or contact us for your account due date.
