Lead Service Line Inventory
Erwin Utilities has completed our initial Lead Service Line Inventory (LSLI) as required by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC). We are in the process of updating our initial LSLI to a baseline inventory by November 2027.
We are currently gathering information to build our updated baseline inventory of service line materials. This inventory will help us better understand the materials used throughout our system and will be available to customers upon request. The completed baseline inventory will guide Erwin Utilities in determining the appropriate steps to reduce potential lead exposure within our community water system.
